Dear Dev, could you please suggest the investment option for this person,
I have a relative who used to earn a regular rental income of 7k from an apartment. Recently, due to financial debts, he sold the apartment and paid off his debts. Now, he has 10L and wants a monthly income of 7k preserving the capital. He has a daughter in her 3rd year of BTech and a son in 11th grade. Could you please suggest if he should choose fixed deposits, mutual funds, or any other investment options?
Is there any way to open SCSS online
