Here a 30-year old investor in Mutual funds who asks an interesting question – I have heard that MF should be for the long term and not redeemed in between to get the best out of it. Could you explain how this is possible? Why is it not advised to redeem even if the NAV is at an all-time high? How will not withdrawing help better?
