It has come to our attention that certain fraudulent individuals and groups may be misrepresenting themselves as affiliates of and/or as SEBI-Registered Investment Advisors and soliciting funds on the false promise of assured returns on their investments. They may be misusing the name, logo, and identities of myself, i.e. Dev Ashish and/or my website StableInvestor’s name, through WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, and any other social media platforms. These fraudsters may try to impersonate and then create fake groups, asking people to register, make payments, and promising false or guaranteed profits.
Please note that I have NO connection with these individuals or entities and shall not be responsible or liable for any transactions, dealings, or losses arising from interactions with such fraudulent parties.
Also, I wish to reiterate that Dev Ashish / StableInvestor does not solicit funds from investors and neither does it promise assured returns. I never have and don’t employ any telecallers/marketers to approach investors to advertise my services.
Investors and the general public are hereby advised to exercise utmost caution and avoid engaging or responding to such fraudulent messages, calls, or social media groups.
Be smart and always verify.
