Note – Advisory regarding Investor Awareness

I am reaching out to you today, with an important message:
It has been brought to my notice that there a few entities using similar sounding names (with the word ‘Stable’) to sell their financial products and services. Please be informed that I am not associated with any of them in any manner.
Also, many unscrupulous persons/entities operating through Indian and International mobile numbers, and via social media platforms like WhatsApp Groups, Telegram Channels, etc. may falsely claim to be associated with me (Dev Ashish) or the name ‘StableInvestor’. They may also showcase fake certificates purportedly issued by SEBI/BASL/Stock Exchanges to lure unsuspecting people to buy their unregulated or unregistered product/services by making false promises of assured profits/returns.
For the avoidance of doubt, I would like to inform the public in general that I, Dev Ashish (SEBI RIA) or StableInvestor [dot] com, are in no way associated with these fake social media accounts / posts / Whatsapp group / Whatsapp numbers and shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liabilities for, damages of any kind arising out of the use of, reference to, or reliance on any information contained on the such social media platform, Whatsapp groups, and or any other channel / platform we are not aware of by impostors.
Given the history and goodwill earned, these imposters misuse the profile, visibility in the media and public recognition of SEBI-RIAs like us to mislead and scam the public.
So the readers are cautioned and advised to not interact with such entities/people or fall prey to their claims.
Investors are urged to stay vigilant, observe utmost caution, conduct due diligence, and verify the registration status of any entity claiming to be a registered intermediary.
Please be informed that in general also, in markets there are no guarantees and if someone is offering high guaranteed returns over the short/long term, then most likely, you are dealing with a fraud.
I am no technology or security expert and hence, it is difficult to cover all grounds of suspicion. Therefore, when in doubt or when things seem out of place, please reach out to me.
Also, please report any fraudulent practices or fake profiles you may encounter to me at the earliest.
